98.5% Rate Happy's Courses as Good or Excellent
At the end of every day our delegates complete an anonymous evaluation form. In the interests of openness we publish a summary of these evaluations below. We believe we are the only training company to publish our evaluations on our web site. (Please let us know if you do too.)
The results for the latest six month period are, for the five key questions:

This is equivalent to a score of 92% on conventional measures (Very Poor = 1, Poor = 2, Average = 3, Good = 4, Excellent = 5).
These evaluations are taken seriously. If any two scores, among six delegates, stray into Average or below then it is our policy to ring everybody on the course to establish if it met our standards.
